All given freight orders together with all agreements like time limits, delivery times,delivery address etc. have to be confirmed to us in writing per fax or e-mail.

The times for loading are Mo. - Fr. 6 am - 8 pm, o­n Saturdays, Sun- and holidays after previous arrangement. In case of later lorry arrivals that were not announced or arranged we reserve deductions of the agreed freight.

Irregularities occurring during transport, especially transport delay, have to be announced immediately to our vehicle planning unit. Otherwise, the limitations of liability for damages arising from delayed delivery according to HGB (Commercial Code) and CMR will be cancelled.

The vehicles have to be tight with regard to weather factors. Splash or rain water must not ingress through top, canvas or bottom of the vehicle. The vehicles have to meet the requirements concerning unpacked papers. The bottom of the loading space has to be clean and free of objects sticking out.

The drivers have to wear safety shoes and warning waistcoats while staying o­n our industrial site.

The vehicles have to be secured at the ramps with wheel chocks.

The driver is responsible for securing the freight according to the legal rules and regulations. Freight securing devices that are lacking, like tightening belts or edge protection devices, can be let against payment or with obligation to return.

Europallets have to be concurrently exchanged. In case this is not possible it has to be acknowledged o­n the shipping documents / pallet note with date, stamp and legible signature.

9.

By request of the consignee, the driver has to give unloading assistance. The risk and any liability have to be borne by the consignee. The driver has to inform the consignee of this.

We are expecting delivery vouchers with date, stamp and signature, copies of export declarations confirmed by customs as well as all documents pertaining to the transport order that have to be returned to us in the following week after dispatch of the goods.
